I travelled nearly 200 miles to find a car yesterday and the 2 I had booked with a different garage were a complete waste of time. Luckily I found this place on auto trader and they had just what I was looking for. Unfortunately after purchasing the car on my home I did notice an issue so returned to the garage where they were more than happy to help, they offered to fix the issue straight away but due to the distance I had to travel back it would have been impossible for me to return once fixed, the sales person was happy to help though and returned my money and had me on my way with no issues. Customer service was great and never felt pressured to buying. Shinny, the sales guy left me to look and think but was there when I needed him. Genuinely nice guy. Would 100% recommend based on my experience. The guys here actually seem to care about customers and cars. Just Unfortunate that I didn't live closer or I would have continued with the purchase

very poor car not as described, drove all the way to Manchester to view a car, it said it had 2 owners when in actual fact it had 9 owners, the car had 2 bold tyres, mould in the boot, would not recommend anyone buying a car from here ! very poor

Reliable and can be highly recommended. Bought a RR Evoque from them and Shinny was really helpful throughout the process. Vehicle was in good condition, serviced by them and had clear documents. The whole buying process was smooth and transparent. They delivered the vehicle to the doorstep as promised.

Very good service. Nothing was a problem for the garage. My car was delivered to my home, exactly at the time stated. A windscreen issue was dealt with very quickly and sorted without any hassle whatsoever. Everyone I dealt with at the garage and the delivery driver were polite and friendly. Great experience with this very trust worthy dealership. Bought an Audi A6 a couple of weeks ago. No pushy sales and very informative to any questions asked. Buying process was simple and I ended up driving it away within the hour. Hit a couple of very minor issues with it at no fault of either party and they were happy to put it right. Couldn’t be happier with this purchase from this place. I’ve they have the car you want. Give them a ring and go and get it!

I planned to purchase Honda CR-V. Everything was fine with the finance company. when it came to getting the car it went down from there. when asked about repair work receipts and certificates of jobs done they said they did not need to prove what they had done and then refused to let me take the car and said they had returned finance money so I couldn't have it just because I wanted proof of the work when collected. They also stated there were 2 keys with the car but upon call said there was 1. when asked to provide a 2nd key they refused and said that the ad shouldn't have said that and said they would update their ad even though the car was already sold to me! They then put the car back on the market for £500 more than what I had brought it for even though they couldn't sell as I had financed it!!! They then continued to refuse to let me have the car even though it was supposed to be delivered to my location. I told the vender to cancel finance and I purchased another, better car in the end from elsewhere! now they continue to message saying they will send me the requested video of functioning radio/satnav. . This company have been reported by me and the vendor I used. AVOID!! WOULD NOT TOUCH!!
